Reginal Crosby

Reginal Crosby, founder and owner of Crosby Construction Group and Roofing, LLC, brings more than 26 years of hands-on experience, craftsmanship, and dedication to the construction industry.

Originally from the small town of Eudora, Arkansas, and raised in Conway, Arkansas, Reginal began his construction career in January 2000 after serving in the United States Navy. Always gifted with his hands and a passion for building, he started by framing homes, learning to read blueprints, and developing the skills that would become the foundation of his career. He later furthered his knowledge through studies in construction management at technical college.

Over the years, Reginal discovered a particular passion for remodeling. He loves the challenge of taking something outdated or damaged, tearing it down, and rebuilding it into something better than it was before. For him, construction is more than a profession — it is a craft and an opportunity to use his knowledge and experience to make a difference for others.

As a father of one daughter and proud grandfather of three, Reginal understands the importance of home, family, and creating something that will last. One of the most rewarding parts of his work is seeing a client's reaction when they see their completed project for the first time.

That passion continues to drive Reginal and CCGR today.
